Eligibility of Tenderer : All tenderer(s) registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise qualified. All Qualifications are as per TDS. 1. As per Consent of CPTU, the Ternders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system-TDMS.2. Qualification information and evidences {such at work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, } of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluated the tenders digitally within short period of time.3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the infromation provided in the e-GP system shall prevail. 4. A Tenderer not having sufficient infromation in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible. 5. Evaluatin sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC.6. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.7. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutining of the tender evaluation process or found false certificate(s), the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.8. Certificate from Survey of Bangladesh (SoB) to perform topography survey work has to be submitted.Note : All other information are available in TDS.
