Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03(Three) years*.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature works (Specially digital topographic, Physical feature survey & Pentagraph works) completed within last 5 (Five) years* with a value of at least Tk 12.00 Lakh (Twelve point Zero Zero Lakh) in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years* of Tk 5.00 Lakh (Five point Zero Zero Lakh) in Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organization. Tenderers shall submit payment certificates during last 5 years* with a year-wise list. Payment Certificates of JV works not supported by JV Agreement shall not be taken into consideration.d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 03.50 Lakh (Three point Five Zero Lakh) and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in e-PW2-8 form. The document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between tender publication and submission date. Liquid certificate other than in e-PW2-8 shall not be accepted.e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 10.00 Lakh (Ten point Zero Zero Lakh).
