Eligibility of Tenderer : (01) Trade License (up to June 2025) must be submitted.(02) Vat Registration (BIN) Certificate must be submitted.(03) Updated Income Tax Submission Certificate (2023-2024 with Acknowledgement Slip) must be submitted.(04) Update Bank Solvency Certificate must be submitted.(05) The Tenderer/Bidder shall have a minimum of 05 years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.(06) Required Tender Security (Bank draft/Pay order/ Bank Guarantee) must be submitted.(07) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar goods under a 02 (Two) contract successfully completed within in the last 02 (Two) years, each with value of at least TK 40,00,000.00 (Fourty Lac) only.(08) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), or Credit facility shall be BDT 80,00,000.00 (Eighty Lac) only.(09) Authorization from Manufacturer Authorized Dealer/ Authorized importer/First party distributor/channel partner (Authorization Letter must be according to the format given in (form ePG3-5) must be submitted.(10) ISO certificate of manufacturer company.(11) Catalogue must be submitted of all items of goods.(12) The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the past 03 (Three) years.(13) Undertaking of not being Black-listed/debarment in any Government/Autonomous Body etc.(14) The procuring entity reserves the right to reject all Applications
