Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Bidder-s “General Experience”The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (05) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.Bidder-s Specific Experiences:The minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of substation works with a rating at 230kV or above. The aggregated value of minimum BDT 10.00 crore under maximum of two (02) contracts in Government, Semi Government, Autonomous or Electricity Company within the last ten (10) years. One (01) contract must be worth at least BDT 6.0 crore. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.The above contracts should meet the criteria mentioned below;The scope of each contract must include design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of extension/renovation/new 230kV or higher voltage level AIS substations.At least one (1) of the above-mentioned contracts shall be in successful operation for a minimum of One (01) years counting backward from the tender submission deadline.All other details are mentioned in TDS and PCC.
