Brief Description of Goods and Related Service : Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Service Support for a SMART Conference Room with a seating capacity of 60 (59+1) for the Ministry of Railways. The facilities shall include, but not be limited to, video walls, a high-resolution LED display unit, an interactive presenter screen, an acoustic sound system and a Chairperson console, along with all related goods and service support. The installation will be at the 9th Floor, Room No. 1024, Rail Bhaban, 16 Abdul Gani Road, Dhaka.
