Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work as specific experience with at least minimum work order value of Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lakhs in a single contract completed over the last 05 (Five) years in any Government or semi government or autonomous organization. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.2.The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender;3.The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 10.00 (Ten) lakhs during the last 5 years;4.The Tenderer must submit updated Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;5.Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.6.The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation by the PE for which no claim shall be entertained.7.Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.8.The tenderer can participate in all lots (all tenders of the construction division in financial year 2024-25) but one tenderer shall get maximum 02(two) lots (if responsive and lowest bidder in more than 02 (two) lots)9.The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before participating the tender.
