Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1 This Invitation for Tenders is open to all potential Tenderer in Bangladesh.2. Tenderer shall have the up-to-date valid Trade and ABC license(s) issued by the corresponding competent authority.3. Tenderer shall have the up-to-date valid NID, VAT, TAX return documents issued by the corresponding competent authority.4. Tenderer shall have the 132 kV or above voltage Transmission Line or Grid Sub-station maintenance/construction work experience documents issued by the Government/Semi-Gov. or Autonomous authority.5. Tenderer shall have the up-to-date Liquid Assets related Document. (In-case of Bank statement, the tenderer must provide at least six month statement).6. All materials, equipment and associated services to be supplied under the Contract are from eligible sources7. Tenderer shall provide such evidence (Power of Attorney, Manpower List, Last Three years Annual Turnover report etc.) of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity will reasonably request.8. The contractor or sub-contractor's work order is cancelled/ terminated in last 3(three) years by Power Grid due to failure of work completion, will not be eligible in this tender.
