Eligibility of Tenderer : (i) Upto date Trade License.(ii) Income Tax certificate with TIN.(iii) VAT registration certificate with BIN.(iv) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 3,00,000.00 (Three Lakh Only) under a single contract over a period of 03 (Three) years shall be required.(v) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4,00,000.00 (Four Lakh) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.(vi) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2,00,000.00 (Two Lakh Only).
