Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Tenderer must have the technical personnel having minimum 5 years of experience and training on installation and maintenance on Medical Gas Pipeline System.2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Medical Gas and Vacuum Pipe line System at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 45.00 (Forty Five) lakh under any Govt./ Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body in Bangladesh. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper) i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer. ii) In case of the work done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 25.00 Lakh.4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 65.00 lakh (Sixty Five Lakh) over the last 05 ( Five) years.5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 50.00 Lakh.6. a) Articles of Incorporation or Registration of firm.b) Up to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate , VAT Certificate.c) Up to date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from electrical licensing board, Government of the People-s Republic of Bangladesh.All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents The supplied goods shall comply the specification mentioned in section 6 of the document
