Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Only enlisted Tenderers of Dhaka WD Division, BWDB, Dhaka.2. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be Tk. 2.30 Lac.Liquid Assets format shall be as follows:i) For line of Credit from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh all the bidders must submit an unconditional assurance certificate following the standard format (Form PW2b-3) without alteration. Otherwise Tender will not be considered as responsive. Form PW2b-3 has been attached in Section 7(General Specification). No Bank statement will be accepted for credit line.3. If there are any changes to the format of the Credit Commitment, it will be marked as non-responsive.4. Special Instructionsa) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/issuance of work order.b) Payment will be made as per BWDB rules and regulations. But the work must be continued and completed within the scheduled time and proportionate progress must be achieved. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
