Eligibility of Tenderer : a. All the tenderers must follow the PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 rules & regulations;b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD)(I) General experience of supply of pulse/Goods and related services in any government organization; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk 25,00,000.00 (Twenty five lakh only) under 02 (Two) contracts in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (III) Certificate of bank solvency with a minimum amount of liquid assets or Credit facilities of Tk 29,00,000.00( Twenty Nine Lakh only) Issued after Publication of IFT in the e-GP System; (Form e-PG3 -6);(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of the limited company);(VIII) All other s terms and conditions as stated in TDS and PCC.(Vllll) Sample 200 gm Unnotamaner Moshur dal (Mota)} must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Faridpur District Jail, Faridpur.as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
