Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the following:(a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 years of overall experience.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Electrical works of at least One (01) contract of solar electricity system related works successfully completed within the last Five ( 5 ) years, with a value of at least Tk 650.00 Lac in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies. The work completion certificate shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3000.00 Lac best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. (year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 500.00 lakh.(e) Up-to-date trade license, (ii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) VAT Registration Certificate,(iv) ABC electrical contractory & supervisory license.(f) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS), General Specifications (Section- 7), Particular Specifications (Section- 8) of tender documents must be fulfilled.(g) Manufacturer Authorization letter, catalogue, brusher of Solar PV Module and Solar Inverter must be submit.
