  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : As per Tender Documents, TDS & ITT1. Similar nature of goods ( IOT Based Smart Street Light ) of TK. 4,00,00,000.00 Lac in the last 5 years in a single work order from any government, semi-government, autonomous body, Corporation, Bank and Bima Company.2. Liquid assets or working capital Tk. 5,20,00,000.003. ISO 9001:2015 & 14001-2015 must be submitted with the tender.4. All materials will have to delivered at a time. from item no 29, 30, 31 and 32 will be send to KUET/BUET for Technical Specifications; Contractor will pay the Cost for Test. Lamps with Satisfactory test report will be accepted otherwise all supplied lamps should be Rejected.5. The Supplier have to submit the catalog.6. KCC monogram must be embossed on the LED lamp.7. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this no claim will be entertained.8. VAT & IT from bill will be deducted from the bill as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard9. Security period will be deducted 01 (One) Year After Completion the whole work.10. The Contractor have to supply (for item no 29, 30, 31 & 32) 5% lamps as an extra for security purpose. If the damaged quantity within the Security period does not exceed the extra amount; no additional QNTY will be demand in the time of security release.11. Manufacturer Authorization ...
