Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tender is open to all eligible tenderer who hasa) Up to date valid Trade license (FY 2025-26)b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificatec) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate (FY 2023-24 or FY 2024- 25) obtained from NBRd) The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods & related services as supplier shall be 5 (five) yearse) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply & installation of VRF Type Air Conditioning System and Internal Electrification work in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 400.00 (Four hundred) lac[having VRF type AC work of minimum 350.00 Lac Taka] in any government/semi government/ autonomous/private organization within last 5 (five) years from the date of IFT[*regarding specific experience, if it is done in any organization other than PWD, the experience certificate shall be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of concerned jurisdiction of PWD]f) A minimum supply and/or production capacity of manufacturer of proposed brand of VRF type AC shall be 2500 TR per year over the last 5 (five) years.[5:44 pm, 18/02/2026] Jony: g) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 450.00 (Four hundred fifty) lac...
