  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction/maintenance works as Prime Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years prior to the tender submission deadline.b) Tenderer must have up to date income tax clearance, VAT Certificate, Trade license, and Bank Solvency Certificate.c) Liquid assets/availability of funds and/or credit facilities from bidder's banker(s) at least BDT 10,00000.00 (Ten Lakhs Taka).d) Tenderer shall under no circumstances assign the works or any part of it to the sub-contractor(s).e) Tenderer must have eligibility and conformity of Materials, Equipment-s, Manpower and Services, National ID (NID), Authorization letter.f) This Tender will be performed according to PPA-2006, PPR-2008, PPR-2025 & Delegation of financial power rules, WZPDCL .g) The Procuring entity reserved the right to accept or reject any or all tender(s) without assigning any reasons whatsoever.h) All Other terms and conditions are mentioned in TDS of this tender.
