• Project Name : Renovation and repair of record rooms in the office of the Deputy Commissioner
  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:(A) Tenderer shall have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in building Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract(s) of building construction including electrical works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) lac.(C) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 85.00 (Eighty five) lac over the last 05 (five) financial years or best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) financial years.(D) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or workingcapital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 40.00 (Fourty) Lac (Must be in the frm e-PW2A-8) in original form).(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be: 30.00 (Thirty) Lac.(F) Valid upto date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and BIN Certificate.(G) Up-to date ABC category contractor & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Banglade...
