- Project Name : Establishment of 560 model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Centers in each Zila & Upazila of Bangladesh (2nd Revised)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer have to have-(A) The minimum number of years of general experience in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works (RCC Framed Structure Building) of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi- Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 350.00 Lakh (Taka Three Hundred and Fifty Lakh); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(C) The minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 600.00 Lakh (Taka Six hundred Lakh) in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment Certificates for Construction Works in Progress or Completed under Public Sector during last 5 (Five) years must be submitted along with tender; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(D) The minimum amount of Liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 280.00 Lakh (Taka Two Hundred and Eighty Lakh). In case of Line of Credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.(E) The minimum tender capacity shall be of Tk. 430.00 Lakh (Taka Four hundred and Thirty Lakh).(F) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.(G) Up-to date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.(H) All Other Conditions as mentioned in TDS and PCC of Tender documents must be fulfilled.
