- Project Name : Establishment of 560 model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Centers in each Zila & Upazila of Bangladesh (2nd Revised)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(five) years. Number of years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar nature works Boundary wall, of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk 31,50,000 (Tk Thirty one Lakh fifty thousand) . Number of years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(c) The minimum average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 405,00,00 (Tk Forty lakh fifty thousand) in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates of tenderers in progress or completed under public sector during last five years must be submitted along with tender. Turn-over shall be counted as years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk.22,50,000.00 (Tk Twenty two lakh fifty thousand). In case of Line of credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 33,75,000 (Tk.Thirty three lakh seventy five thousand).(f) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate must be submitted.(g) All other Conditions as mentioned in TDS and PCC of tender documents must be full-filled.
