Eligibility of Tenderer : - Having minimum Five (5) years of experience in Software development business in Bangladesh, - Member of BASIS-The bidder must have a valid trade license-The bidder must have a valid Tax Identification Number/BIN-The bidder must have a VAT registration certificate-The bidder must Income Tax Clearance Certificate up to 2022-2023-Must have experience in design, development, and implementation of at least 05 (five) software projects in the field of web-based application software for international or Government organization with GPS information management and activities monitoring software and experience with GIS based information collection and management. -The Supplier must have the track record of honoring at least 02 (two) tenders of min Taka 50(fifty) Lacs each in software development with GPS/GIS integrated system in the last five (05) years in the government/semi government.-Suppliers should have minimum 1 completion certificate from the customer for GPS/GIS based software.-The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1(one) crore.-Tenderer shall furnish the average annual turnover at least sum of 3(Three) Crore over the best three (03) years in last 5(five) years. -Must have at least 03 (three) Experience with awards in performing GPS/GIS software tender in E-GP system.-The firm should submit a brief description of the firm-s/organization with applicable outline of recent experience.
