Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderer must submit the following documents/papers to be eligible for the tender.1. The Contractor should have experience of Tk. 12 (twelve) lakh over construction of Buried pipe line or construction of Buried pipe line with supply uPVC pipe under a single contract in the last 5 years . 2.The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk. 12 (twelve) lakhs over the last five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.3.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh The Tenderer will have to submit a bank transaction sheet of his firm/company-s account showing balance of minimum Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakh for at least in a single day not before publication date of the Tender.4. tenderer should submit an agreement with manufacturer or supplier from where what type of upvc pipe and fittings will be supplied5. The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents.6. Terms and condition mention in the file : Special Terms & Condition (uploaded in section-8) will be applied.7. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.8.The Tenderer must submit the copy of their up to date trade license, income tax and VAT registration certificate.9.The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 01 (one) lots (if reponsive lowest more than 01 (One) lots under the single notice in this project;10.If tenderer winner this work, he will must submit test report of pipe that performed at recognised institution like BUET,MIST,RUET,CUET, etc which should be accepted by PE.
