Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderer must submit the following documents/papers to be eligible for the tender.1. The Contractor who have done the construction of Pump House or any building construction work under a single contract in the last 5 years is Tk.05.00(Five) lakh. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade.2.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 7.00 (Seven) Lakh.3. The Tenderer must submit the copy of their up to date Trade license, Income tax and VAT registration certificate.4. The Tenderer must submit all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).5. Terms and condition mention in the file : Special Terms & Condition (uploaded in section-8) will be applied.6. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.7.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 5.00 (Five) Lakhs over the last 05(Five) years.8.The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 01 (one) lots
