Eligibility of Tenderer : The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 (Five) years.The minimum specific experience of Tenderer/Bidder/Manufacturer in CHS / Electromechanical/ Communications works of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1.7 Crore.The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1.50 Crore over the last 3 years.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.19 Crore.The minimum capacity shall be: 2.30 Crore.
