Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : All the egp enlisted contractor satisfying the criteria mentioned in e-PW2(a) (For GOB Fund only), document attached herewith as per PPA-2006 and latest PPR-2008.Special Instruction:1. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased depending on the project period and available funds as well. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of a work order with a decreased quantity of work.2. The Tenderers with their own responsibility and expense will visit and examine the Site and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.3. Tenderers must submit all required documents mentioned in the tender datasheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be rejected.4. Tenderers must submit work completion certificates in supporting their annual construction turnover.5. Liquid asset (credit commitment) certificate must be submitted in the prescribed format from BWDB/CPTU as attached in section 7 (General Specification).6. Payment will be made after getting funds.7. Rating matrix table must be filled-up with authentic information by the tenderer.The contractor will take still pictures as well as videos of the project at his own cost and submit the invoice(expenditures) with the work bill.
