Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : (1). Upto date Trade Licence, Vat registration /e-BIN certificate, Income Tax Clearance Certificate-2022-2023 or Up to Date (Income Tax unpaid/underprocess certificate will not be accepted).(2). IRC Certificate.(3). Catalogue/Brochure of all Items.(4). Authorization letter: Manufacturer's authorization letter required in original letter head pad of all Items without the item no: 4,5,12,13,14,15. Authorization letter must be submitted from manufacturer letter head pad.(5). Warranty 1 (One) year.(6). After Sales Services declaration: 2 years at free of cost.(7). Guarantee of Spares & Consumables: 10 years Spares & Consumables availability & supplying capacity in Bangladesh & Manufacturer declarations for item 1 & 2.(8). Local Training: Local training for 3-working days must be provided after installation without extra cost.(9). Model, Brand, Country of origin and all specification must be submitted.(10). CE/ISO certificate must be submitted for item 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9,10,11, 14,15. (11). Must have local trained engineer from foreign or manufacturer authorized site & engineer training certificate must be submitted for items 1,2 & 9(12).At least 30 successful individual Installation in Bangladesh preferably in Govt/Semi Govt. & Private. Organization for items 1 & 2. User list should be submitted by the tenderer.Other requirement should be fulfilled as per TDS.
