Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Bidder should be mentioned manufacturer-s name, brand, model number etc.2. Only Rubber Belt Manufacturer-s or their designated dealer-s/ agent can participate in the tender.3. Manufacturer must submit at least 03 (Three) years- Experience Certificate on similar works along with the tender.4. The bidder must be submitted End User Certificate.5. Attested Copy of updated trade license must be submitted with the tender.6. Attested Copy of BSTI Certification marks (CM) license should be submitted.7. Supplied Belt will be tested from Govt. Polytechnic Institute/ BSTI / BUET/CUET or any other public Engineering University. Finally belt will be accepted on the basis of satisfactory test result. The full cost of the Belt Test will be bear by the supplier.8. Bidders have to submit 01 (One) Mtr. of Conveyor Belt for each item according to size along with the offer as a samle.9. If the supplied conveyor belt's quality is rejected, the supplier should be supplied new belt as soon as possibile. Rejected belt will be stored in DAPFCL store until further receipt of new belt.10. The Supplied Belt must provide a Warranty Certificate of satisfactory operation for a period of 06 (Six) months. 10% of total value will be deducted as retention money. After the warranty period the security will be returned as per the rules.11. If any supplier wants to supply the Belt of any foreign manufacturer, then the manufacturer-s ISO Cer., Warranty Cer. should be submitted along with the tender. BSTI Cer. marks will not be required for submission of ISO Certificate only.12. End User Certificate (Purchase Order, Shipping Document, Performance Certificate) should be submitted from manufacturer.13.
