Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:1. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of overall experience in the supply of similar Goods and related services2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 02(Two) contracts in last 05(Five) years each with a value BDT 13,50,000/- (BDT Thirteen lac fifty thousand) in government/Semi government/Autonomous organizations. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 19,00,000/- (BDT Nineteen lac) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.4. The tenderer also submit the following Update documents for similar works:a. Valid Trade licenseb. Vat registration certificatec. Income Tax Certificated. Bank Solvency Certificatee. Bank Statementf. Product Warranty and Originality Hall Mark Test certificate from Manufacturer/Distributor.g. After delivery of the goods, the purity and weight of the gold shall be tested by EDXRF method at the Atmospheric and Environmental Chemistry Laboratory of the Atomic Energy Centre, Dhaka in the presence of a representative of the Tea Board, and the government fee related to this test shall be borne by the supplier.h.
