Project Name : Modernization work of Dhaka Mohanagar Dayra Judge Court and CMM Court building.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.2. The Minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Construction works including Civil, Sanitary and Interior decorative works of BDT 70.00 Lac (Seventy lac) in a single contract within last 5 (five) years in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (Five) years of Tk. 55.00 Lac (Fifty Five Lac) Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.4. The minimum amount of liquid asset i, e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 60.00 Lac (Sixty Lac).5. Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum Tk. 85.00 Lac (Eighty Five Lac).6. The Tenderer must possess Up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration certificate and TAX clearance certificate.7. VAT and Income Tax will be deducted as per latest government instructions.
