Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderer must submit the following documents/papers to be eligible for the tender.1. Certificate of Repairing of submersible pump and turbine pump/ similar electrical materials supply and installation in a single work order of 09.00(nine) Lakhs taka in last 5 years;2. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade.3. Valid Trade License with up-to-date renewal.4. Valid TIN Certificate with up-to-date Income Tax Certificate.5. VAT Registration Certificate.6. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities is 14.00 (Fourteen) Lakh.7. The required average annual construction turnover shall be Tk.08 (eight) Lakh) over the last five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.8. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS)9. Terms and condition mention in the file : Special Terms & Condition (uploaded in section-8) will be applied.10. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.11. The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 01 (one) lots (if reponsive lowest more than 01 (One) lots) under the single notice in this project;12 tenderer should submit an agreement with manufecturarer or supplier from where what type of pump motor will be supplied
