Project Name : Establishment of Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Medical College & Hospital, Gazipur (2nd revised)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Benefited Firms /organizations manufacturer/ authorized having a up to date Titash T&D Gasline License 1.1 with a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in a Similar nature of works.b) Having Experience of successfully completing at least one number of similarwork amounts to Tk. 33 Lakh in a single Tender during the last 5 years.c) The Tenderer must possess i) an up-to-date valid Trade license ii) an up-todateincome tax clearance certificate from NBR iii) a Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average construction turnover in the last5 (five) years of Tk. 65 Lakh only (The year counting backward from thedate of IFT) under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies. Paymentcertificates for contracts in progress/completed under the public sector mustbe submitted along with tender supporting annual average constructionturnover.e) The minimum amount of liquid assets next to other confidential commitmentsof the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 65 Lakh. The letter of commitmentfor the Bank-s Undertaking for a line of credit is to be issued from theconcerned Bank between the publication date and the submission date of thistender in the format as specified (Form PW2-a).f) All other reputed qualifications, terms, and conditions of the tenderer areshown in the tender data sheet (TDS) of Tender Documents.g) Tender Capacity: Tk 50 Lakh
