Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works shall be 5 years.(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor under single contract within the last 5(Five) years of a value of at least Tk. 120.00(One Hundred and Twenty) lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 350.00 (Three Hundred and Fifty) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.Payment certificates for contracts in progress/completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender supporting annual average construction turnover.(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e. credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be 100.00 (One Hundred) Lac. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e. in PW2a-3 form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate.(f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 120.00(One Hundred and Twenty) lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet.(g) The tenderer must submit i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. iii) Up-to-date trade license IV) up-to date ABC license .(h) All other conditions are mentioned in TDS.
