Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tender is open to all eligible tenderer who has:1. Up-to-date Valid Trade License 25-26, Income Tax Clearence Certificate 24-25, VAT, ABC and supervisory license, IRC.2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as supplier shall be 5 (five) years.3. Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply and installation of Electrical substation equipment (minimum 600 KVA in/c HT/LT cabling work) & Generator (minimum 150 KVA in/c ELT panel and cabling work) in a single contract with a minimum value of Tk. 240.00 ( Two hundred fourty) lac in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/Private Organization within last 05 (five) years from the date of IFT.4. A minimum supply and/or production capacity substation equipment and generator of the manufacturers of proposed brand shall be 100 nos and 25 nos respectively per year over the last 05 (five) years.5. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Tk 270.00 (Two hundred seventy) lac in the formm of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8). 6.
