Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tender must meet the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Documents. Also must be submitted all Certificates/Documents for proving the information's:1. General experience of not less than 10 (Ten) Years.2. Satisfactorily completed at least 1 (one) Greenhouse establishment work within last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.2.0 Crore in Govt./ semi-govt./Autonomous organizations3. This invitation for tender is restricted to eligible tenderer (s) who has/have satisfactorily completed at least 3 (three) Greenhouse establishment work within last 05 (Five) years in Govt./ semi-govt./Autonomous organizations.4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10(Ten) Crore over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) years.5. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or available credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 1.5 (crore) (Certificate for proving available liquid assets must be issued within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of tender submission).6. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 2.00 (Two) Crore.7. The tenderer must also have current year (up date) Trade License, Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT Registration certificate.8. All others as stated in the tender documents
