Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) All the tenderer registered in e-GP can participate in the Tender & Consider in the evaluation process.(b) All conditions apply as per Tender Document.(c) Tender Security shall be submitted in the form of DD/BD/Pay Order (MICR)/BankGuarantee in favor of Accounts Officer, Regional Accounting Center (RAC), BWDB,Mymensingh.Special Instructions:(a) The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or the extra ratewill be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work orders with decreasedquantity of work.(b) The Tenderers will visit and examine the Site with his own responsibility and expensesand obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and enter into aContract for performance of the works.(c) Tenderers must submit all required documents mentioned in tender datasheet. Failing tocomply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected.(d) Payment will be made after the availability of funds and approval of budgets.(e) Latest Govt. circulars on procurement of works will be applicable.(f) The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender(s) without showing anyreason.
