- Project Name : Construction of a new, modern Circuit House in place of the existing Circuit House in Dhaka district.
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 10 (Ten) years.2. The minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the successful completion of RCC Multistoried building having minimum eight storied building with single basement of minimum BDT 150.00 (One Hundred Fifty) Crore in a single contract within the last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district/division under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of BDT 150.00 (One Hundred Fifty) Crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 30 (Thirty) Crore in the form PW3-7 (Failing to submit in form PW3-7 will make the tenderer non-responsive).5. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 165.00 (One Hundred Sixty Five) crore.
