Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-GPsystem meeting the following criteria:1. The Tenderers must have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience ofconstruction works.2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in construction works ofat least 1(one) number of similar nature of frame structure (3 storied building with 3storied foundation) work including Civil, Sanitary and internal Electrification Workssuccessfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk.750.00 (Seven Hundred and Fifty) lac in single contract under Government/ SemiGovernment/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.1200.00 (Twelve Hundred) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates forcontract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years mustbe submitted along with the tender in support of average annual constructionturnover. In JV works, JV share must be declared, otherwise the certificate will berejected and tenderer treated as non-responsive.4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities(in the e-PW3-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 350.00 (Three Hundred and Fifty)Lac.5. ...
