  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (1). Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate.(2). Financial Capacity: The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than TK. (80.00 Lakh) only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh . (3). The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three (3) years of general experience in construction works.(4). A satisfactory completion certificate for construction works of at least Tk 65.00 (Sixty-Five) Lakh under one (1) contract completed within the last five (5) years, counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the newspaper, shall be required.(5). The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 65.00 Lakh only over the last [5] years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.(6).
