Project Name : Establishment of 560 model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Centers in each Zila & Upazila of Bangladesh (2nd Revised)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one contract of similar nature of works successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 11.00 Crore in the format as specified (Form PW3).c) The Tenderer must possess i) Up to date valid Trade license ii) an up-to-date income tax clearance certificate from NBR (2024-25) iii) a Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR iv) an up-to-date ABC license with supervisory license.d) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 19.00 Crore over the last 05 financial years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress/completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender supporting annual average construction turnover.e) The minimum amount of liquid assets next to other confidential commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 04.50 crore.
