  Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
  Eligibility of Tenderer : A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in Construction and Repair works.(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1 (one) number of similar nature of construction work worth not less than Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) Lac only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.(C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 130.00 (One hundred and thirty) Lac over the last 5 (Five) years(D) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk 120 Lac. Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any scheduled bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive.(E) Tender Capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk.100.00 (One hundred) Lakh.(F) The Tenderer must have Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up to-date Income Tax Return Certificate.(G) All other Conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 and Section-4) of tender Documents must be fulfiled.
