Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the line Construction/Underground cable laying/ Sub-Marine Cable Laying works as prime contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.2.Tenderer shall have the Specific Experience of satisfactory completion of 11 kv or Higher Voltage Level underground cable, installation, laying, Testing & Commissioning works through Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Boring for Road/Rail Crossing or along the Road of at least Tk. 20 (Twenty) Lakh under One (1) contract within last 05 (five) years.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 62(Sixty Two) Lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of theTenderers shall be Tk 16 (Sixteen) Lakh.5. Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Machine ownership or lease/ rent/ hire documents.6. Joint Venture not allowed.7. Others Eligibility criteria mentioned in Tender Document.8.All necessary documents shall be submitted with tender proposal in support of all Experience/ Eligibility of the tenderer
