Project Name : Establishment of 50(Fifty) Technical Training center (TTC) at Upazila Level
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of BDT 3.00 (three point zero zero) Lacs in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of BTD 3.00 (three point zero zero) Lacs. Only Payment Certificate(s) will be considered for calculation of average annual construction turnover.4. The Minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit Facilities shall be BDT1.20 (one point two zero) Lacs only. supported by Bank certificate should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days within the date of opening of tender.5. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 4.00 (four point Zero Zero) Lacs.6. The tender must possess: Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance, VAT Registration, Trade License, Electrical Supervisory License & ABC License
