Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :a) Tenderer shall have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)b) Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) No. of Construction Work not less than Tk 13.00 (Therteen) lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.(time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system). Private works shall not be considered.c) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk.20.00 (twenty) Lakh only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system). Average annual Construction turnover i,e total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector shall only be considered. Private works shall not be considered.d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit facilities/creditline of the tenderer shall be TK. 20.00 (twenty) Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of PW2a-3 (Line of Credit) only.e) Having updated VAT(13 Digit), TAX, Trade License, ABC/BC/C Electrical license & Supervisory license.f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.g) If total Value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.
