Project Name : Construction of administrative and barracks buildings of Bangladesh Police stations in various places of the country
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.2. The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(One) number of similar work of Tk. 8.00 (Eight point zero zero) Crore in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 14.75 (Fourteen point Seven Five) Crore Payment certificates shall be submitted by the bidder must be issued from NBR/Tax office.4. The minimum amount of Liquid Asset or Working Capital or Credit Line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 3.00 (Three point Five zero) Crore.5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 8.00 (Eight point zero zero) Crore.6. Only Payment Certificates will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.7.
