Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below :The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management. Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years. Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of minimum 02 (Two) storied Building with minimum 04 (Four) Storied Foundation of R.C.C. building construction including civil, internal sanitary and internal electrification works of BDT 2.50 crore in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over the best three (3) years of last five (5) years of BDT 5.00 crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT 1.75 crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Letter of Commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW3-7 uploaded in CPTU website must be submitted for this purpose. (Failing to submit in form PW3-7 will make the tenderer non-responsive).The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 2.80 crore. The tenderer must possess: Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license, Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board.
