Project Name : Fourth Primary Education Development Program (PEDP-4)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Financial Capacity: Confirmation of availability of minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) from any Scheduled Bank will be examined and evaluated meticulously. i) Bank Statement as Liquid Assets : TEC might verify availability of liquid balance anytime during evaluation if not met by the Tenderer, shall be considered as non-responsive. ii) Credit line(s)/ Credit Commitment as Liquid Assets : TEC might ask for Credit Sanction Paper / Approval Paper from competent authority of respective Bank. To ensure financial capacity TEC will verify availability of Credit balance anytime during evaluation if not met by the Tenderer, shall be considered as non-responsive. Please note that some ongoing contracts are currently under review and may be subject to cancellation. Consequently, the scope of work, specifically the number of WASH Blocks, may increase or decrease depending on the final decision. The authority reserves the right to terminate the contract if there are challenges related to suitable site availability in the field.Any tender submission that does not meet the above criteria will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.
