  • Project Name : Construction/Extension of Non- Residential at Buildings.
    Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
    Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Building successfully completed within the last 5 [Five] years with a value of at least Tk.85.00 Lakh in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.100.00 Lakh over the last 05 [five] years should be authenticated by the concerned. D.C Taxes / NBR Authority or Payment certificate(s) issued by the concern Procuring Entity, other formats are not acceptable.[years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines [must be unconditional and given by the proper format.] of the Tenderer shall be Tk.60.00 Lakh.5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk.90.00 Lakh6. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA - 2006 & PPR - 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed.7. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).8. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt: 30/08/2018 from the Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within the schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.N.B: Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
