Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.Construction Licence/Tread Licence Submit to Prove the General Experience.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper](b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least (01) one contract(s) of similar nature Building Construction from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) five years in a single work order of minimum value at least TK. 90.00 lakh. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper](c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk.180.00 lakh over the last 05 (five) years ,Total=(180.00x5)= 900.00 lakh (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
