Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible and reputed contractors who meet the following eligibility criteria:a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (05) years of general experience in electro-mechanical works.b) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least one (01) contract of a similar nature involving a Fire Protection & Detection System within the last five (05) years, either as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor. The value of the contract shall be at least BDT 141.00 Lac and the work shall have been carried out for any Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Body in Bangladesh. (Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP System).The relevant work completion certificate shall be submitted in Form A (attached herewith) as follows:i) For work done under PWD, the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.ii) For other Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organizations, the certificate shall be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and verified by the PWD Executive Engineer of the district where the work was executed.c) The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than BDT 230.00 Lac over the last five (05) years.d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of BDT 107.00 Lac in Liquid Assets, Working Capital or Credit Facilities.e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 179.00 Lac.f) The Tenderer shall possess the following up-to-date and valid documents:ABC category Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License from the Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board, Income Tax Clearance Certificate with TIN, BIN Registration Certificate, Trade License.g) Other documents in support of technical specifications and compliance shall be submitted as per TDS and PCC.
