  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have a minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience of tendering against construction work as a contractor.b) The Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience of civil works of value at least BDT 100.00 lakh and steel structure shed construction works of value at least BDT 50.00 lakh under a single or two different contract with a Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization, completed within the last five (05) years.c) The tenderer must submit: i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate. ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. iii) Up-to-date Trade license. iv) Specific experience certificate. v) Updated ABC electrical license (own or agreement with other liscence holder on tk 300 nonjudicial stamp). vi) Bank solvency certificate.d) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the tender Datasheet of tender documents.e) Those Contractors who have been blacklisted by the Civil Engineering Department, TGTDPLC will not be able to submit tenders during the blacklist period.f) The tenderer must submit all supporting documents and other necessary papers as per ITT 29.1
