Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : General Experience:The Tenderer should have minimum 10 years of Experience in the construction works as a contractor.Specific Experience and Criteria:i) The Tenderer should have experience as a contractor in construction, Testing and Commissioning of at least 2 (Two) contracts of similar nature i.e. 132kv or higher Voltage Rated AIS Bay Construction of at Least Two Nos including Civil Works and Equipment,Control & Protection Panel Supply.ii) The Tenderer should have working experience in an energized Grid Substation with Double Busbar System, Complexityand Methods/Construction Technology and successfully completed that work within the last 3 Years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper or CPTU Webside) at a cost of not less than BDT 4.00 Crore (1 contract).iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 10.00 Crore over the last 3 Years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper or CPTU Webside) and to be endorsed by audited Firm.iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 5.00 Crore.v) The Tenderer should have Skilled Testing & Commisssioning Engineers as well as Test Equipments for Electrical Grid Substation.vi) The Tenderer must submit the authorization Letter from the Panel Maufacturer in case of Supply.vii) FAT witness of Control and Protection Panel has to be completed by 2 (Two) Nominated persons by PGCB at manufacturing country. Cost of FAT and FAT witness is deemed to be included in the bid price.
