Project Name : Construction of administrative and barracks buildings of Bangladesh Police stations in various places of the country
Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Reputed Benefited Firm/organization manufacturer/ authorized agent who has a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in a Similar nature of works.b) Having Experience of successfully completing at least one number of similar work amounts to Tk. 13.00 crore in a single Tender during the last 5 years in the format as specified in PW3.c) The Tenderer must possess -i) Up to date valid Trade license ii) an up-to-date income tax clearance certificate from NBR (2024-25) iii) a Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR iv) an up-to-date ABC license with supervisory license.d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average construction turnover in the last 5 (five) years of Tk. 18.00 crore only (The year counting backward from the date of IFT) under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies. Payment certificates for contracts in progress/completed under the public sector must be submitted along with tender supporting annual average construction turnover.e) The minimum amount of liquid assets next to other confidential commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 04.50 crore. The letter of commitment for Bank-s Undertaking for line of credit is to be issued from the concerned Bank in between the publication date and the submission date of this tender in the format as specified ...
